Hi there!

My name is Gabby Runfola and I am a Senior health science major at St. Bonaventure University. I joined Bona Buddies my freshman year and have loved being involved so much that I became one of the student coordinators.

Bona Buddies is a youth mentoring program that matches St. Bonaventure students with children from the local area. This program allows for these children to look up to these students and form connections.This year we were finally able to have the kids come back to campus and meet their mentors, we have clubs come do activities with the kids, and quality time between mentors and buddies is able to happen. This is a lot different compared to last year where we created bags for the kids and dropped them off, being able to interact with the children can change the lives of many and give more positive outlooks on social outreach and what it means to be a leader. Please consider donating to help us give these children a wonderful experience and great memories to look back on, along with giving our mentors and university to look back on as well.
