My name is Samantha Lancour. I am from a small town ouside of Albany, NY called Hoosick Falls. Currently, I am a senior finance and accounting dual major. I plan to stay for another year to pursue my MBA with a Proficiency in Accounting. Upon graduation in May of 2019, I would like to move to Charlotte, NC and work for an Accounting Firm.

My role in SIMM is the Operations Manager, and it is my fifth semester in SIMM. Currently, I am taking SIMM as an MBA class. I joined SIMM because of the experience that it gives you, as well as the opportunities it creates for each student who is involved. My favorite part of SIMM is the Friday Forums we have, which vary from informative class topics lead by the student managers to professionals in the work place who share their experiences at different companies.
